For those who attended the December Region IV Holiday Event December 7th, thank you for coming out in the inclement weather.

The gathering was festive and well attended. We honored our Society Members and installed the DWC Officers for 2026-2028.

2006 is a new beginning, and I have a Vision for our Region I'd like to share; as well as, some updates from the DWCF of Florida. 

My Vision for Region IV is to Grow Clubs in our Region. Like a flower, a seed must be planted, cultivated and allowed to bloom. I am proposing we form  a committee to plan and conduct outreach activities, 

host meetings in underserved areas within Alachua County, and utilize region fees to grow clubs and host an Event in Lake City inviting all 8 counties in our Region: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Gilchrist, Hamilton Suwannee, Union
